Types of Opportunities
Direct Care, supervisory, and management positions that provide specialized services for individuals with mental illness or challenging behaviors.
A direct support position, supporting people living in a Community Residential Services programs (Group Home). This is NOT an entry level direct care position, but rather a position for experienced direct support staff. All Behavior Technician positions support people that have significant behavioral health concerns.
Designated Coordinator
A front line supervisor position, responsible for program and direct support staff oversight to ensure compliance with state regulations (245D). Program oversight ensuring compliance with licensing, quality of programming, and overall satisfaction of the people supported and their support teams. oversight of staff training, reviews, engagement ratios/schedules, and development.

Program Director
Responsible for program and Designated Coordinator oversight to ensure compliance with the different 245D services offered at Enriched Living.
