      Mary Seewald

      Director of Community/Unit Based Services.
      Mary oversees our Community/Unit Based Services. Her commitment to supporting vulnerable populations began with childhood volunteer work in a nursing home, shaping her dedication to dignity and quality of life for all. Academic and professional experiences in both community and residential settings gave her broad insight into service delivery and highlighted systemic gaps. She then specialized in waivered case management and later joined a community-based organization whose mission matched her own values. Throughout, she has consistently advocated for person-centered, equitable supports that empower individuals to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives.

      Max Wiessner

      Director of Specialized Residential Services
      Max oversees our Specialized Residential Services Operations and brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience in health and human services. Max has worked direct care, been a Designated Coordinator, a Behavior Analyst and a Director. Max is passionate about helping his team to identify behavior patterns and to understand the why behind those patterns so that we can help the people we serve to find real solutions and accomplish their goals.

      President & Chief Executive Officer
      Ric brings more than 30 years of experience in Health and Human Services, beginning his career as a direct care professional across a range of service models. Over the years, he has held executive leadership roles in organizations of all sizes—from small providers to large enterprise-level systems.

      A proven innovator and strategic leader, Ric is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of individuals, families, and community partners. His work focuses on solving complex challenges through collaboration, creativity, and a deep commitment to person-centered support.

      Vice President of Operations
      Ron oversees our Enriched Living Operations, bringing over 12 years of leadership experience across diverse home and community-based service models. He is deeply committed to enriching lives by helping individuals live as independently as possible—with the right support, at the right time.

      Paula Hubbard

      Senior Operations Director
      Paula oversees our Enriched Living Operations, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across diverse home and community-based services and business models.
