Supports individuals who need extra help to live independently in their own homes, whether apartments, townhouses, or houses. Staff provide tailored assistance through scheduled shifts, helping participants develop skills in communication, socialization, household management, self-care, and interpersonal relations. Each person is matched with staff members whose strengths fit their needs, encouraging growth and independence.
Our trained staff provide peace of mind to clients and families through our round-the-clock emergency support. This service usually supports individuals that are living independently in the community, and often accompanies other Community-Based Services. This service couples well with “on call”.


Provides short‑term, intensive support for individuals experiencing a behavioral or medical crisis when regular supports are no longer sufficient. Crisis respite is a specialized, designed to protect the individual and others, support overwhelmed caregivers, and prevent hospitalization or institutional placement, allowing the person to remain safely in the community.
On- call IHS with Training services where we can provide unscheduled meetings with the individuals we support based off their current needs. The on-call service allows us to provide that in person support during non-emergency times and enables us to build relationships with those that are not ready to commit to a consistent schedule with staff.
